Social Studies - Periods 1 - 3
Thank you to the students who brought in old pictures of their community. We are learning a lot of interesting history about the towns comprising North Schuylkill.
Mon. - Do w.b. page 10 and Thinking About Facts on page 24.
Tues. - Do lesson 1 outline.
Wed. - Do lesson 2 and 3 outline. Study notes for Thursday's test.
Thurs. - Take Chapter 1 test.
Fri. - Read pages 138 - 141.
Science
Mon. - Read Earth Elements p. 11 - 12. We used a microscope and handlens to observe salt crystals.
Tues. - Do w. s. 16 for extra credit.
Wed. - Doing an experiment about saturation. If absent make up lab during recess. Begin studying for 1st Science test.
Thurs. - All classes will be visiting the Book Fair during Science class today.
Fri. - Review for upcoming test on mixtures and solutions on Tues. 9/16/08
